I’m the owner and head coach at SPC Performance Lab, a 24/7 strength gym in Taren Point.
After years of coaching and training in commercial gyms, I kept running into the same issues: overcrowding, waiting for equipment, ego-driven environments, lock-in contracts, and no real sense of community.
I built SPC Performance Lab with one simple question in mind: If I were a member, how would I want to be treated?

Once you book, we’ll contact you to organise a time that suits your schedule.
2. You’ll be guided by a qualified coach
You’ll work one-on-one with a university-qualified trainer who will show you a small selection of key exercises and the correct technique based on your goals.
3. Ask questions and build confidence
You’re encouraged to ask as many questions as you like so you feel comfortable, confident, and safe training on your own.
4. Receive a free training program
You’ll be given a simple, structured training program you can follow independently in the gym.
5. Get exercise technique videos
We’ll send you technique videos for the exercises covered, so you can review them anytime.
6. No pressure to join
There’s absolutely no obligation to sign up after the 7-day free trial. You’re free to take the program, information, and videos and use them at any gym.
